Family Yoga and Indian Food with Visha Rao

with a family yoga class

Visha Rao, a long time PPP parent, yoga instructor of 22 years, and passionate musician, will lead us in a family appropriate yoga class and teach us how to make a traditional vegan Indian meal!  We’ll start out with Yoga for Performing Arts: Poses for improving posture & increasing confidence; Breath control for modulating voice & increasing energy; Relaxation & visualizations for staying positive and calm.  After class Visha will lead us in the kitchen, where PPP alums Pragnya and Aditya will join her for cooking and songs!
