You may present your physical vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record. California residents may request a digital vaccination record at MyVaccineRecord.cdph.ca.gov.

Please contact our Program Administrator, Susan Rojas no later than 7 days BEFORE registration begins to work out details for a payment plan.

If you would like to apply for a full or partial scholarship, please email office@playfulpeople.org to request an application. Applications must be received no later than 7 days BEFORE registration begins.

We don’t want to turn families away for financial reasons and will do our best to make it work!
